International working environment

QOCO employees come from 24 different countries and work and live in different parts of the world. There's no question that working at a global company like QOCO has its perks. Employees get to experience different cultures and lifestyles first-hand, whether it's by living in another country or simply working with people from all over the world. In the commercial team that I am working with, we come from six different countries and work in Finland, the UK, and Ireland. Because of this, we're always sharing and learning different languages and culture. It's a great way to connect with people from other cultures and get a better understanding of how they think and operate.

Flat management structure

All QOCO employees benefit from an innovative flat management structure, which empowers employees to express ideas and communicate in a simple and efficient way. It has become a corporate culture that encourages discussions and questions among colleagues at different levels of the organization. With this structure, every employee is given a voice that is listened to with respect, enabling them to suggest improvements or contribute genuinely towards the project. The trust within the organization results in healthy working dynamics that invigorate motivation and promote workplace satisfaction throughout the team.

Harmonious cultural diversity

At QOCO, we understand that a harmonious workplace is built on the foundation of respect for everyone. We, therefore, respect the culture of the employees and embrace every culture. This allows us to create a work environment where everyone feels valued and supported. In turn, this helps us to attract and retain the best talent from around the world. We celebrate many holidays together like Diwali, Christmas, and Chinese New Year. Each holiday is a reminder of the happiness and joy that come from building bridges between people of different backgrounds and beliefs.

QOCO's marketing team

I still remember when I first started working at QOCO, I was always receiving recognition, praise, and encouragement from everyone. It felt amazing to be appreciated and supported by my colleagues, and I hold these praises in my heart with a cherished feeling. These kind words mean so much to me, and I deeply appreciate them. My colleagues also have taught me so much more than just giving me compliments. They've also taught me to always have a grateful heart and a positive attitude when facing life, no matter what challenges come our way. It also turned me into a better version of myself.

My internship at QOCO is an incredible experience. I can work with some of the most talented and passionate people in the aviation industry and learn from them every day. I highly recommend QOCO if you want to try working here. The company is filled with driven individuals who are constantly pushing themselves to be better, and it's truly inspiring to be around. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to have interned at QOCO, and I know that it has made me a better person. Thank you QOCO!
