We are delighted to announce a new partnership between QOCO Systems Ltd and SITA to facilitate secure exchange and management of aircraft data between airlines, original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and other industry players.

In this article, we share the philosophy behind our customer experience management and what stands behind Rolls-Royce’s evaluation of QOCO work.

Finnair has two traditional warehouses and one automated one in their hangars which are used by technical operations. Airline mechanics use the warehouses to sign out tools and material. The need to work with a software solution provider came mainly from the complexity of the tool handling process for which Finnair wanted to find a cost-effective solution.

Finnair’s collaboration with QOCO Systems started with one fairly small project. After Finnair saw that QOCO knows what they are doing, they were given a task to partake in a major transformation project. The goal was to develop a new kind of mobile solution for Finnair.

Rolls-Royce is now globally licensing QOCO Systems’ EngineData.io for its data exchange platform to support seamless integration between airline maintenance information systems and Rolls-Royce digital services for airlines that use Rolls-Royce engines.
