ESPOO, Finland & DAHLEWITZ, Germany - QOCO Systems, a global provider of mission-critical SaaS solutions for technical operations in aviation, has successfully gone live with its data management platform for the Business Aviation division of Rolls-Royce. This milestone builds on the long-standing partnership between QOCO and Rolls-Royce, extending the capabilities previously deployed for commercial aviation into the business aviation arena.
The enhanced platform enables seamless, secure, and automated exchange of engine configuration and maintenance data across Rolls-Royce systems and external M&E to Rolls-Royce’s executive system. The platform supports the broader business aviation ecosystem, allowing operator, MRO and OEM data flows to be managed efficiently, maintain data integrity, and accelerate decision-making.

Long-term partnership background
The partnership between QOCO and Rolls-Royce began in 2018 when Rolls-Royce engaged QOCO to support its “Blue Data Thread” digitalisation programme and its “Intelligent Engine” vision (more information). By automating and standardising data exchange between airline M&E systems and Rolls-Royce digital services, QOCO helped reduce integration effort and improved transparency for carriers. For example, one case study reports a reduction of effort by more than 50% for some services (case study).
Today’s go-live with the Business Aviation division expands this foundation to a new operational domain, enabling Rolls-Royce to work more efficiently and to deliver its digital services and support more precisely to business aviation customers.
