Unlock the Full Value of Your Asset Lifecycle Management and Digital Aftermarket Services

Aviadex Data Orchestrator

QOCO Aviadex integrates directly to operator M&E and MRO maintenance management systems delivering invaluable, continuous and validated streams of fleet data to the OEM across all airline customers and MRO providers.

The Aviadex application layer gives OEMs the ability to orchestrate customer data and teams the tools to act on that data: asset visibility, utilization tracking, maintenance and modification history, shop visit forecasting, workscope planning, parts and capacity demand forecasting, and early detection of fleet-level issues.

The service continuously synchronizes OEM records with live operator data, eliminating manual submissions and associated problems.

1) Gain access to comprehensive, complete and real-time quality data
2) Increase and accelerate the value of your technical teams' work
3) Shorten timelines on improvements and time-to-market of new digital services

2

Common challenges

Incomplete, delayed and unreliable operator data. OEMs receive data via manual submissions — delayed, inconsistent and error-prone.

Poor data quality severely limits value capture. Forecasting, planning and analytics are only as good as the underlying data. Gaps, errors and lag in operator data propagate to every downstream process and decision.

Limited visibility into how your assets are operated. Without a direct connection to operator systems, OEMs lack the context needed to understand asset health, configuration status and maintenance history across the fleet.

Feedback loops are too slow for proactive action and effective intervention. Health events, reliability issues and AOG situations are resolved weeks after the fact.

Inability to forecast shop visits, work scope and parts needs at scale. With incomplete and late data, planning teams work around gaps rather than from a reliable, current view of the fleet.

No OEM has managed to establish a connected operator network in commercial scope and quality without QOCO. Building and maintaining direct integrations across dozens of operators is a multi-year IT roadmap. Every major OEM is pursuing it, but none have achieved it independently at scale.

3

State-of-the-art solution

System-agnostic integration to all major M&E systems regardless of setup / configuration, data formats and architecture. Operators do not need to change how they work.

Continuous, automated data flows with real-time capability. Data flows automatically and continuously, reducing lag from months to hours. Real-time feeds available for health monitoring and AOG resolution (data refresh rate depends on operator processes).

Multi-layer data processing, normalisation and validation. Raw data is processed and validated through multiple steps, making it reliable as a foundation for decisions. QOCO support engineers lead multi-party resolution in case of data issues.

A powerful application layer for OEM teams. Full asset and fleet visibility, utilisation, maintenance and mods history, compliance tracking, shop visit forecasting, work scope planning, parts and capacity demand forecasting years ahead, and early detection of fleet-level reliability issues.

Continuous synchronisation between OEM and operator systems. Aviadex keeps OEM and operator records aligned on an ongoing basis, eliminating the root causes of most data quality and availability problems.

Fully managed, rapid rollout across the operator network. Single operator connectors go live in under three months and deployments are done in batches where dozens of operators can be integrated per year.

Improved business outcomes

Forecast shop visit and base maintenance demand years in advance. Plan capacity, parts and logistics with accuracy that manual data collection cannot support.

Predict work scope months before each shop visit. Procure and kit parts in advance, reducing cost and induction delays.

Detect fleet-wide issues before they become crises. Identify component failure trends early to mount a planned supply chain response rather than an emergency one.

Improve health monitoring and predictive maintenance services. Real-time data delivery and a complete feedback loop on operator actions enables faster AOG resolution and continuous improvement in EHM services.

Gain a Single Source of Truth and eliminate lag with automated data flows across the operator network.

Improve financial forecasting, utilisation billing and compliance tracking. Reliable, timely utilisation data supports accurate billing and contract compliance.

Speed time-to-market of new revenue-generating digital services. High quality, broad-scope operator data is a pre-requisite for rapidly expanding services in lifecycle management, analytics and compliance.

Strengthen R&D and reliability operations. Continuous performance data across diverse operational environments accelerates product improvement and development.

01

ONLY PROVEN SOLUTION AT SCALE Every major OEM is pursuing operator and MRO data. QOCO is the only company in the industry to have delivered at scale, across many operators, MROs, M&E systems and production environments.

Data transformation-1

02

UNMATCHED DOMAIN EXPERTISE       +15 plus years working directly inside airlines' M&E systems gives QOCO a depth of knowledge that cannot be replicated with tech alone. We know how to move data, what data means, where it breaks, and how to ensure continuous uninterrupted quality.

EXTREMELY FAST TIME TO VALUE              Single operator connectors go live in under three months (some in one month) and QOCO connects operators in batches with capacity to bring dozens online per year. A large portion of major carriers are already connected to Aviadex, minimising the path to a large connected fleet.
