QOCO’s Commitment to Quality and Information Security
QOCO Systems provides quality digital services for the aviation industry. Our policy is defined and strongly driven by the following principles and behaviours:
All our activities are guided by our QOCO Management System (QMS), which helps us make sure we keep our promises made for customers, deliver our services on time and stay on budget in customer project deliveries. We are committed to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations and to provide quality solutions and services with integrity and diligence.
Through our QMS, we drive continual improvement and innovation based on efficient processes and best practices, effective communication and documentation, staff competence development and customer feedback.
We are dedicated to ensuring a high level of information security in everything we do. Most importantly, we understand the high value of information security for the business of our customers, including confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.
Each staff member of QOCO Systems is committed to implementing this policy and handling information according to policies and procedures defined in our QMS compliant with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2017 standards.
The general objective of the QMS, aligned with our strategy and business objectives, is to continuously strengthen our image as a trustworthy partner for our current and new customers in the global aviation industry. Objectives for quality and information security will be regularly set and reviewed as an integral part of QMS.
Management of QOCO Systems and each of its members, Board of Directors included, is devoted to maintain and continuously improve the QMS to ensure its effectiveness, efficiency and compliance with statutory, legal, regulatory and contractual requirements with suppliers and subcontractors encouraged to co-operate.
